Daily Checks

- Check discharge pressure gauge against normal operating range

- Confirm inlet filter isn't visibly clogged
Monthly Checks
- Clean or replace inlet air filter
- Check belt tension and condition (for belt-driven models)
- Inspect coupling alignment (for direct-drive models)
- Check gearbox oil level
Every 500 Hours
- Full gearbox oil level and condition check
- Inspect and clean silencers (inlet and discharge)
- Check mounting bolts and foundation for looseness from vibration
Every 4,000–8,000 Hours
- Complete gearbox oil change
- Bearing inspection (replace if worn)
- Shaft seal inspection and replacement if leaking
- Belt replacement (belt-driven models, typically due around this interval regardless of visible wear)
